The register PC is the heart of the system. Waiter phones, the kitchen screen and the printers talk to it over your local Wi-Fi. If the internet goes down, nobody notices: orders, receipts and reports keep working. When it comes back, the backup and the owner view catch up on their own.

Questions
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing changes for your staff. Orders, kitchen tickets, payments, receipts and reports all run on your local Wi-Fi. The backup and owner view update once the internet is back.
What hardware do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC for the register, Android phones or tablets for waiters and the kitchen, and an 80 mm network receipt printer. Tell us what you already have and we will tell you what works.
Does it work with my fiscal printer?
BistroGO connects to Daisy and Datecs fiscal printers used in North Macedonia and Kosovo. For other countries, ask us before you buy hardware.
How long does it take to start?
Most venues are running the same day. You can import your menu from a CSV file you can make in Excel, then pair the phones by scanning a code.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A monthly plan ends at the end of any month; a yearly plan runs until the end of the year you paid for. Your data is yours: export your menu, orders and reports as CSV files at any time.
Which languages does the app speak?
Macedonian, Albanian, English, German and Czech. Each phone can use its own language, and product names can be entered in several languages.
